Job Description
Software and Applications System Administrator manages software and application environment across 50+ location operation. Hands-on, self-directed role requires strong technical ownership, documentation habits, and ability to operate effectively across distributed retail environment.

Requirements

  • Administers and maintains the Microsoft 365 tenant
  • Owns endpoint configuration and software deployment across Windows and iOS devices company-wide
  • Manages the enterprise software license inventory
  • Administers user provisioning and deprovisioning across platforms
  • Experience with Chrome Browser Cloud Management or similar browser fleet management
  • Leads new store technology setup and configuration
  • Develops and maintains PowerShell scripts and automated workflows
  • Resolves help desk escalations related to software, application access, and device configuration
  • Owns resolution of complex software and application issues
  • Evaluates and recommends software solutions that improve productivity or reduce cost
  • Maintains accurate system documentation and SOPs
  • Trains staff on new software through in-person sessions, written documentation, and recorded walkthroughs
