Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Asset Management Analyst to ensure that software and cloud investments deliver real value by balancing cost, compliance, and innovation. As a Senior Software Asset Management Analyst, you'll help APS make smart and responsible decisions about the technology that powers our business and serves our communities.

Requirements

  • Experience leading Software Asset Management, IT Asset Management, or vendor governance in a large, complex enterprise environment.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software licensing and consumption models across vendors like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, Adobe, Salesforce, or cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM/ITAM, including entitlement tracking, lifecycle management, and CMDB utilization.
  • Proven ability to manage software compliance, audits, renewals, and vendor negotiations with confidence and credibility.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in spend analysis, forecasting, and cost optimization.
