Software Automation Engineer III

As a Software Automation Engineer III at Advisor360°, you will build and test shared services and tools, drive operational excellence, and automate systems in our hybrid-cloud environment. This role requires balancing tactical automation solutions with strategic implementation, from developing scripts to resolve customer-impacting issues to creating sustainable automation frameworks for long-term initiatives.

What You Will Do

Work back from the customer to drive and own Quality within your team. Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders employing a 'shift left' mentality. Use AI to accelerate the translation of requirements into test strategies and design and develop automated tests in collaboration with engineers to ensure software quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience
• Strong programming experience in Python, Javascript with knowledge of Selenium and Playwright
• A data-driven mindset amplified by AI
• Understanding of code architecture best practices such as reusability, maintainability, scalability, and abstraction
• Experience and understanding of source control (BitBucket/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Github Actions)
• Experience working with REST APIs and usage of tools like Swagger and Postman
• Experience with SQL and relational databases and capability to dig into and understand data
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Excellent oral and written communication across disciplines and teams
