Job Description
Software Cloud Engineer at Enverus to support and develop cloud systems for SaaS products, collaborating with existing members of the team and improving Interconnect and SUGAR applications. Key responsibilities include supporting and enhancing software engineering workflow, debugging and improving DevOps flow, and collaborating with software development team to plan enhancements to cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, and related practices, especially using AWS
  • Deep expertise in utilizing Kubernetes to deploy computationally complex services at scale
  • Skilled at using Docker to package various services for deployment
  • Able to understand and debug across a variety of languages, including Python, Javascript, Typescript, as well as others
  • Familiarity with Git/Github or other version control system
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and/or STEM degree preferred
  • A passion for learning, teaching, and building beautiful software and cloud infrastructure
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools to automate infrastructure deployments
