Role OverviewAs a Software Developer II at Henderson, you will develop and maintain internally facing business applications that automate complex internal workflows, provide insights using historical data, and improve tools that employees use daily. You will ensure applications are user-friendly, effective, and adhere to technical standards. In addition, you will solve complex technical problems, mentor and train less-experienced technical employees.
What You Will Do
Develop applications, gather requirements from stakeholders, design and implement solutions, evaluate and test applications, and respond to requests for changes, bug fixes, and optimizations to existing software solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Developer certifications
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, specifically with full-stack software development and UI/UX
- Ability to problem solve and think quickly and critically
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to manage projects in an efficient and well-organized way
- Keen attention to detail
- Experience with Asp.NET, C#, Javascript, Modern CSS/HTML, SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server
