Role OverviewThis position develops, maintains, and supports moderately to highly complex software applications and system integrations that support the organization's business and operational objectives. The Software Developer II analyzes requirements, designs technical solutions, develops and tests code, and supports production applications.
What You Will Do
Develop, maintain, and support Guidewire applications, enterprise integrations, and other internally developed software solutions. Collaborate with business analysts, vendors, and other IT team members to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related field
- Six or more years related experience in a corresponding field, preferably in workers' compensation or other insurance environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment
