What You Will Do
Work on the open source Hydro framework and its integration with Amazon's Kiro family of coding agents. Build and deploy novel software engineering technology, advancing the safety, reliability, and simplicity of building cloud-scale software.

Requirements
- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
- 3+ years working on concurrent, parallel, or distributed systems or 3+ years working on compilers or modern build tools
