WRITER is a leading enterprise generative AI company that is seeking a highly skilled fullstack software engineer to join its engineering team building advanced AI-driven agent systems. The role involves designing, building, and scaling next-generation AI agents that integrate with enterprise data and services to solve real-world problems.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python
  • Proficiency in native agentic coding
  • Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs that support AI/agent workflows
  • Understanding of agent orchestration patterns, state management, and asynchronous workflows
  • Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and operational engineering best practices
  • Good grasp of performance optimization, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
