Job Description
Visionist has an exciting new opportunity for a Software Engineer (AI-Assisted Developer Tooling) on their largest PRIME contract. The team is motivated by direct impact on the mission, crafting specialized tools for enhanced efficiency and quick iterations for their operations user base.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
  • 12 years of experience in software development
  • Strong software engineering skills in one or more modern programming languages
  • Experience with IDEs, developer tools, or build and test systems
  • Hands-on experience with AI- or LLM-powered developer tools
  • Ability to prototype, evaluate, and refine experimental tooling
