Cartesia is hiring an AI-native Software Engineer, AI & Developer Experience to optimize developer experience and maximize ship velocity for Cartesia engineers.
Requirements
2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams
Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on writing maintainable code
Expert in TypeScript, Python, or Go
Deep curiosity about the state of agentic coding tools and how to optimize agent-assisted workflows
Constantly updated on advancements in AI-assisted development and eager to validate them in a real-world setting
Strong writing skills that help you craft detailed, nuanced agent instructions and communicate internally and externally about your learnings
Experience collaborating with non-technical teams to build internal tools
