The team is responsible for resolving complex support needs and designing intelligent AI-powered automations to help solve thousands of customer issues per hour.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience in high growth startups
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Backend Expertise in Python, Elixir, and/or Postgres
