Role OverviewBDAS is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and scale IDDMF (Intelligent Data-Driven Middleware Framework) — our proprietary, patent-pending middleware architecture for telemetry and flight-test environments.
What You Will Do
Design and build high-throughput data ingestion pipelines for heterogeneous telemetry sources, develop protocol- and format-agnostic middleware components, integrate sensor/DAQ hardware into data pipelines, collaborate with data science team on closed-loop AI/ML optimization integration, and support deployment across cloud, on-prem, and edge environments.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience with backend development (Python, Go, or similar), familiarity with real-time data processing and API design, and bonus experience with telemetry, aerospace, or defense systems.
