Role Overview

A Software Engineer I is a software professional who enjoys solving unique and challenging problems in creative ways. This position builds and maintains high quality software utilizing a variety of technologies.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include the analysis, design, coding, testing and review of software solutions. This position will work in an Agile environment and participate in team activities supporting our iterative development process.

The ability to be on-call, strong oral and written communication skills, and familiarity with software development tools and technologies are required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 – 3 years of Software Engineering experience
  • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies
  • Fluency in one or more major object-oriented programming languages (.NET, C# are required)
  • Fluency in one or more scripting languages
  • Fluency in one or more query languages
  • Fluency in version control systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
