Software Engineer I (Onsite)

We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience in Java to join our team who is talented, highly motivated, has a passion for finding innovative solutions to problems, and committed to quality. This is an entry level Software Engineer 1 position. This role is onsite, in Fulton, Maryland.

What You Will Do

You will develop innovative new features for a new real-time situational awareness Command & Control Systems (C2) using Java. You will design, architect and code critical capabilities in an active Agile environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) obtained prior to start and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience and/or knowledge in programming multithreaded systems
• Experience in software development using Java or C++
