Role OverviewThe Land team is seeking a full-time Software Engineer to develop and maintain new systems and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. This position is located in Austin, TX and offers a schedule of Monday to Thursday in the office and the option to work from home on Friday.
What You Will Do
Maintain and improve existing systems, develop and maintain database design and SQL scripts, apply software design patterns, and leverage AI-Assisted development tool to accelerate implementation.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university
- 3+ years of development experience in production environment
- Strong proficiency using C#,.NET Development
- Deep understanding and experience using SQL
- Experience with software testing (Unit, Integration, Functional, Performance)
- String grasp of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g. Microsoft CoPilot or similar) to improve developer productivity
- Experience working within an Agile team environment
- Understanding and knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns
