Role OverviewThis job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. The role will contribute to key regulatory, risk management, and trade onboarding initiatives, including FRR Data Classifications, MasterDeals, Intraday Indicatives for Credit Risk, and the onboarding of Unsettled Cash Equities into Subledgers. The position will build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications using modern full-stack technologies and will work closely with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that enhance trade standardization, regulatory reporting, risk analytics, and operational efficiency across the platform.
What You Will Do
Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements. Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained. Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack.

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in programming language(s) required for the role
- Strong hands-on experience in Python application development
- Experience building modern web applications using ReactJS
- Proficiency in object-oriented design principles and software engineering best practices
- Experience designing and developing applications using MongoDB
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SDLC methodologies
