Software Engineer II

We are seeking a Software Engineer II who excels at designing and architecting modern web applications. This engineer would support our Web Enterprise team in building the software tools that power our proprietary CRM platform and support our sales, research and customer support teams across Homes.com, Costar.com, Apartments.com, LoopNet.com, and more.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications, APIs, and cloud-native services that power critical customer and business workflows. Contribute to AI-powered products, intelligent agents, and automation capabilities that enhance user experiences, increase productivity, and unlock new platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person university or college.
• 3+ years of experience designing, building, deploying, and supporting production-grade software applications.
• Experience developing full-stack applications with modern web technologies such as React, TypeScript, C#, .NET, SQL Server, AWS, or comparable technologies.
• Familiarity with building or integrating AI-powered applications, including AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, chatbots, copilots, or agent-based systems.
• Software engineering fundamentals across application architecture, testing, security, performance, and modern development practices.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams in an agile environment.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
