Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our Interview Experience team. This role involves contributing to the company's hiring infrastructure and collaborating with cross-functional partners to shepherd products through the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Develop and enhance AI-powered interviewing tools and automation systems
  • Implement frontend experiences using React and related frameworks
  • Build and maintain backend services supporting interview scheduling, AI transcription/summarization, and automation workflows
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate GPT-4o and other AI technologies
  • Work with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end product experiences
  • Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate development velocity
  • Contribute to the expansion of interview transcription capabilities and implementation of AI quality checker systems
  • Support autonomous scheduling improvements and candidate-driven experiences
  • Write clean, maintainable code following engineering best practices and participate in code reviews
  • Debug and resolve technical issues across the interview experience stack to maintain system reliability
