Job Description
The Software Engineer Intern (Ads Infrastructure) will participate in the development of a large-scale Ads system, own key targeting components or strategies in the TikTok ads monetization ecosystem, and work with product and business teams on product vision. The ideal candidate will have excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages, including but not limited to: Go, C/C++, Python, and Java. The internship is 12 weeks full-time during Summer 2026.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
  • Excellent programming, debugging, and optimization skills in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
  • Ability to think critically and to formulate solutions to problems in a clear and concise way.
  • Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Very strong teamwork skills (e.g. communication, ownership, empathy, honesty).
  • Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2026.
