  • Track record of working on various products from inception to decent traction
  • Customer obsession and providing the best possible experience
  • Product thinking and evolution of product
  • Speed and knowing how to decide which things can ship now and what things need time
  • Focus and ability to engage or be heads down in a high-growth startup
  • Technical skills in Swift, SwiftUI, Multithreading Programming, CI/CD infrastructure, Fastlane, SOLID principles, Git, and different Git strategies
