Role OverviewWe are seeking a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and event-driven architectures to build and support scalable, cloud-native applications. This role will focus on developing microservices, real-time data streaming solutions, and modern web applications while leveraging technologies such as Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, React/Angular, and cloud-native platforms.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Build and enhance cloud-native distributed applications with a focus on scalability, resiliency, and maintainability. Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and Kafka Streams.

Requirements
- 4-6+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience building microservices-based applications
- Experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts and design patterns
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases: PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, Elastic
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitOps, and ArgoCD
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
