Software Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer with experience in C# development to join our team in the simulation and training industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in object-oriented programming, a passion for innovation, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

What You Will Do

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for desktop, web, and mobile platforms using C# and related technologies. Develop and integrate user interfaces (UIs) that are intuitive and align with user requirements. Test, debug, and optimize code to ensure application performance, scalability, and stability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or similar discipline.
• Ten (10) years of direct experience may substitute in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with frameworks like WPF or WinForms, ASP.NET or .NET Core.
• Experience in developing mobile applications (Xamarin, MAUI, or related frameworks).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
• Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly; to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information; strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately analyze, document and develop technical procedures.
