Role OverviewPeraton is seeking a Test Engineer to conduct research in design, development, testing, and utilization of electronic data processing software. The position will perform various duties, including designing, developing, and testing applications software and systems. The Test Engineer will collaborate with equipment designers and/or hardware engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems.
What You Will Do
Conduct multidisciplinary research, design and develop software systems, analyze user needs and software requirements, and ensure software standards are met. The Test Engineer will also confer with systems analysts, engineers, programmers, and others to design systems and obtain information on project limitations and capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience with a BS/BA, or 10 years with a MS/MA, or 7 years with a Ph.D. The candidate must also have Security+ Certification, be a US citizen, and have active Public Trust. Experience with Oracle Database and Queries tools is a must, and the ability to interface with client and technical personnel at all levels is desired.

- Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000
