Ship well-scoped features and fixes independently, work AI-native from day one, learn the domain deeply, and file bugs and UX issues without waiting to be told.

Requirements
- Sharp CS fundamentals
- Evidence of building experience (side projects, internships, open source, etc.)
- Learning velocity
- High agency and curiosity about the product
