We're seeking a Software Engineering Lead to take Mango into the next stage of growth for both the company and the software team.
What You Will Do
Act as principal architect, business liaison for software, project manager and trusted ear to leadership. Responsible for all things software, both the delivery of the customer facing software and internal tools integral to training our state of the art ML models or organizing our massive data warehouse.

Requirements
- 8-10 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience interfacing directly with C-suite in defining engineering goals for the business
- Strong understanding of high level tradeoffs with respect to product/business/engineering
- Demonstrated ability to face unique challenges with persistence, creativity, and a positive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration
