We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead and guide a team of talented software engineers.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in React, API development, and MySQL
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, cloud platforms, and scalable system design
  • Proven experience leading remote teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
