Role OverviewThe Software Engineering Manager will lead the Emulation Software team in delivering emulation software across the Boeing enterprise. The team works on software engineering, including estimating, planning, requirements, design, development, testing, and integration of products in their relevant environments.
What You Will Do
Manage employees performing engineering and technical activities related to emulation and embedded software, develop and execute project and process plans, and provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 year of experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of experience with the software development life cycle
- 2+ years of experience working in aerospace, defense, or similar high-tech industry
