Role OverviewWe are hiring a Software Engineering Manager to drive our software development and integration initiatives in factory automation. The manager will lead a high-performing engineering team and own the deployment of cutting-edge solutions across Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs), machine connectivity, and MES/ERP integrations.
What You Will Do
The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team of developers, automation engineers, and integration specialists, defining and executing the software strategy for factory automation with a focus on AMR deployment, control systems, and automated material handling.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- 3 or more years in a leadership or management capacity
- Strong background in factory automation, robotics, or manufacturing systems integration
- Hands-on experience with AMR fleet management software and navigation systems
- MES/ERP platforms
- PLC integration
- Industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP
- Proficiency in programming languages including C#, Python, Java, or C++
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL database management, API integration, Industry 4.0 technologies, and cybersecurity practices for industrial networks
