Requirements

  • 3+ years of people leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen, software deployment, or veterinary practice business operations experience
  • Ability to inspire, educate, and build a high-performing team culture
  • Strong technical aptitude for cloud-based software and business acumen
  • Exceptional goal-guided servant leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
