Role OverviewAs the global owner of the Base Rollout Process (BROP), you will drive the strategy, governance, continuous improvement, and adoption of Daimler Truck's base software rollout framework. You will play a critical role in enabling safe, scalable, and compliant base software rollout across a rapidly growing Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) ecosystem.
What You Will Do
You will work closely with software development, systems engineering, testing, cybersecurity, product management, program management, and release stakeholders across multiple regions and vehicle platforms. You will develop and maintain the BROP framework, standards, policies, templates, and governance model.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, software quality, release management, systems engineering, or related technical disciplines
- Experience defining, implementing, or governing software lifecycle processes
- Experience working within complex cross-functional technical organizations
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and software release methodologies
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives and organizational change efforts
