Role OverviewThe Software Solutions Analyst plays a critical role in defining software solutions for KPI's OPTO clients. This position works closely with clients, internal development teams, and third-party vendors to translate business needs into scalable system solutions across KPI's OPTO product portfolio.
What You Will Do
Gather and analyze client business needs and operational workflows. Translate client business needs into clear technical specifications, system use cases, and solution designs utilizing existing company software product features, and flagging gaps.

Requirements
- Experience working with WMS, WES, or WCS systems in distribution centers
- Background in software development, system engineering, or solution architecture
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical system designs
- Knowledge of integration technologies and protocols such as REST APIs, Kafka, FTP/SFTP, or similar
- Experience creating technical documentation and solution design artifacts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing experience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail when defining and clearly documenting scope and requirements
- Collaborative approach to working across engineering, product, and client teams
- Strong sense of ownership, focus on quality, responsiveness, efficiency, and innovation
