Job Description
Perform functions to demonstrate, support and develop software and related products. Act as a key intermediary between customers and technical teams to identify and resolve functional and performance efficiencies. Grow the capabilities of Mitutoyo software products around documentation in its various forms.

Requirements

  • Respond to user calls providing technical assistance to resolve moderate to complex problems.
  • Respond to customers' email inquiries.
  • Test new systems and fixes to ensure product specification conformance.
  • Compile end user and knowledgebase documentation.
