Role OverviewThe Software Test Manager will lead the testing team and take full responsibility for the project's success. The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort. The ideal candidate will ensure that EHR workflows, data conversion activities, SaaS configuration changes, interfaces, and vendor releases meet business, clinical, regulatory, audit, and project delivery standards.
What You Will Do
Lead the overall QA strategy, planning, and execution for the EHR SaaS implementation. Develop and maintain QA governance, testing approach, schedules, and resource plans. Provide regular reporting on testing status, risks, metrics, and defects to project management and stakeholders.
