Role OverviewAs a Software Test & Verification Engineer Staff, you will lead local and offshore software test teams, driving test planning, execution, and reporting within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment. You will champion test quality through sound system design, pilot cutting-edge AI-assisted testing tools, and ensure full compliance with medical device regulatory standards and traceability requirements.
What You Will Do
Collaborate with teams to define testing strategies, project milestones, and execution planning for software test activities across local and offshore teams. Guide and coach project teams in establishing and refining project scope and quality direction within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) development environment.
