Job Description
AP Recruiters & Associates is seeking an experienced Civil/Mechanical Superintendent – Solar to serve as the Owner's representative on an active utility-scale solar construction project. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial or solar background and experience overseeing EPC contractors and third-party stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Review Safety Documents and Policies
  • Review Contract Documents (Scope of Work)
  • Review Civil/Mechanical Drawings and Specifications
  • Review and Ensure SWPPP is installed and Maintained per Permit
  • Ensure EPC schedules Pre-Cons for New Tasks
  • Review Civil/Mechanical Checklist
  • Attend EPC Safety, Craft Tailgates and Management Meetings
  • Perform daily field walks and observations with field crews
  • Perform QA/QC inspections and walkdowns on construction activities
  • Monitor Unifier Uploads by EPC
  • Complete QA/QC inspections in Unifier per frequency and activity completion
  • Track Open Action Items or Punchlist
