Lead crews, manage employee timecards, schedules, and data entry. Conduct safety and efficiency check-ins, review plan sets, and assign sticker maps. Communicate job and employee needs with leadership.

- 2+ years of prior solar/roofing/electrical experience
- Previous leadership experience

- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
