Develop and implement logistics policies and procedures, conduct project logistics audits, direct daily logistics operations, and mentor and guide project-level logistics teams.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in logistics management; 1 year in renewable energy (preferred)

- Proficiency in the construction/electrical/solar/renewable and logistics/transportation industries
- Ability to analyze data and present findings
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in inventory/warehouse management software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Skilled in operating a truck with a trailer; willingness to transport material
- Valid US Driver's license
- Must pass a drug screening
