What You Will Do
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial solar PV systems. Service inverters, optimizers, monitoring equipment, and other solar components. Assist with battery storage and EV charging systems.

Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on solar experience in installation, service, maintenance, or troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of residential solar PV systems and components
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and safe work practices
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely work on rooftops, ladders, attics, and crawlspaces
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
