Role Overview

The Solution Architect - Program & Project Management will develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies. They will facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications. The role involves coordinating activities among business teams, technology teams, vendors, and third parties. The Solution Architect will monitor project progress, ensure delivery against approved timelines and objectives, and maintain RAID logs. They will also track project deliverables, ensure accountability across stakeholders, and manage project reporting, executive dashboards, and weekly/monthly status updates.

  • Ensure project governance and adherence to agreed project management methodologies.
