Job Description
Wipro Limited is a leading technology services and consulting company looking for a Solution Architect L1 to own end-to-end solution architecture across microservices, event-driven, and API-first designs. The role involves defining and maintaining reference architectures, solution blueprints, and architecture decision records (ADRs).
Requirements
Own end-to-end solution architecture across microservices, event-driven, and API-first designs
Define and maintain reference architectures, solution blueprints, and architecture decision records (ADRs)
Lead domain-driven design (DDD), bounded contexts, and data ownership models
Establish non-functional requirements (NFRs) (scalability, availability, latency, RTO/RPO, security, observability, cost)
Select and govern technology stack; rationalize tools; ensure forward compatibility and upgrade paths
Backend (Java): Architect and review services built with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate
Frontend (Full Stack): Guide architecture for React or Angular (component-driven architecture, state management with Redux/NgRx, routing, lazy loading)
Data, Integration & Storage: Model OLTP schemas (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server), and polyglot persistence with MongoDB/DocumentDB or Elasticsearch
Cloud, Infrastructure & DevOps: Architect on AWS/Azure/GCP with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE), service mesh (Istio/Linkerd), and IaC (Terraform)
Security & Compliance: Identity and access with OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, mTLS; secret management (Vault/SM/Key Vault)
Delivery Leadership: Lead architecture runway, backlogs, and Architecture Review Board sessions
