Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Requirements Discovery & Solution Design, Platform Configuration & Implementation Support, Customer Engagement & Advisory, Cross-Functional Collaboration, and Continuous Improvement & Platform Expertise.

Requirements

- Experience translating business requirements into technical configurations or solution designs
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and configuration practices
- Ability to bridge technical and business discussions effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
