Job Description
HealthStream is a leader in healthcare workforce solutions, and we're seeking a Solution Executive to drive new enterprise sales and manage existing customers. The role involves analyzing market opportunities, building trusted advisor relationships, and presenting the value proposition of our solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • Prior career network, job board or recruitment oriented experience
  • Experience selling into post acute
  • Consultative selling experience with a track record of at least 3 years of successful SMB sales
  • Strong presentation skills and executive presence
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop stakeholder relationships
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Ability to travel 5% - 10%
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesForce and Hubspot
  • Ability to create and report on data analytics using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient use of MS Teams/WebEx
  • Hunter/Closer mentality
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and complex team selling environment
