Role OverviewThe Solution Implementation Lead is the end-to-end execution owner and subject-matter expert for the development, validation, and operationalization of new connected medical device and digital health solutions. This role partners closely with the Strategic Solutions Lead to evaluate, shape, and deliver new solution offerings aligned to the strategic priorities of the Connected Devices business, with a primary focus on the respiratory service line.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include supporting respiratory clinical trials, evaluating new digital health and medical device solutions, providing SME input into solution feasibility, and owning end-to-end execution of approved solutions from business case approval through Business Go-Live.

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or digital health environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Strong knowledge of digital health, connected medical devices, and regulated clinical environments
- Advanced project and program management skills in complex, matrixed organizations
- Excellent technical aptitude related to systems, platforms, integrations, and device workflows
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentation skills
