Requirements

- Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technology roadmaps, requirements, and actionable solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Experience successfully delivering business value through technology products, platforms, or strategic initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technology capabilities and business requirements.
- Experience collaborating with diverse business and technology stakeholders in complex environments.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes and build alignment without direct authority.
