Microsoft is seeking a Solution Play Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager for its AI Business solution. The role involves accelerating revenue growth, boosting field agility, and delivering results with field sellers by deepening partnership across sales, marketing, consulting, and partner functions. This role focuses on aligning processes and tools to optimize pipelines, driving data-driven decisions, and leveraging insights to improve business outcomes. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams and a customer-centric approach to driving value for Microsoft's AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.
  • 4+ years experience driving GTM solution plays.
  • 4+ years experience enabling marketing strategy in partnership with Marketing leadership team and Sales Enablement/Operations team.
  • 12+ years of experience marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience AND Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organization.
