Role OverviewThe Solution Train Engineer will lead and facilitate Lean-Agile and SAFe implementation, systems engineering, and technical integration, while managing cross-program dependencies and collaborating with stakeholders.
What You Will Do
The engineer will provide technical documentation and reporting, coaching, mentoring, and organizational leadership, while owning initiatives and engaging hands-on.

Requirements
- US Citizen
- TS/SCI clearance with active polygraph
- Current CI poly within last seven (07) years
- 18 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
- Experience developing products and/or managing engineering activities in software, systems, or technical development environments
- Strong understanding of Agile at scale, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Experience supporting DoD contracts, military programs, or other government technology initiatives
- Background in cybersecurity, cyber operations, information assurance, or related security disciplines
- Experience facilitating large-scale planning, execution, synchronization, and continuous improvement events
- Experience using enterprise collaboration and program management tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, program leadership, vendors, PMO personnel, and external cybersecurity organizations
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, remain actively engaged, and drive issues to resolution
- SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE), SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Practice Consultant SPC certification
