Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Train Engineer (STE) to lead Agile at mission scale, supporting a large, multi-ART SAFe environment driving critical capabilities across a nationally significant system.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly (MD customer REQUIRED)
  • 7+ years leading large-scale Agile programs or teams
  • Proven experience as Solution Train Engineer (STE) OR Release Train Engineer (RTE)
  • Deep expertise in SAFe frameworks and Agile delivery
  • Strong experience in PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Agile metrics and program execution
