Job Description
Netflix is seeking a Solutions Design Manager, Talent Systems to join their Talent Technology and Operations team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR Operations experience and proven experience designing global workflows involving HR Systems. The role involves leading project workstreams and teams, partnering with HR COEs and SMEs, and maintaining consistent feedback loops with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR Operations experience
  • Proven experience designing global workflows involving HR Systems
  • Experience leading continuous improvement for the end-to-end business solutions across the employee lifecycle
  • Experience with Workday HCM and ATS
  • Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis
