Role OverviewA Solutions Developer will support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing internal business applications, workflow automation solutions, and technical tools within Government-managed platforms such as SharePoint and the Power Platform.

Design, develop, configure, and implement workflow automation solutions, business applications, and technical tools within Government-managed platforms. Translate business and operational requirements into technical solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, developing, configuring, and deploying solutions within Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) or comparable low-code/no-code enterprise platforms.
- Ability to translate business and operational requirements into technical solution designs, configurations, and implementation plans.
- Experience developing and maintaining integrations, workflows, forms, and automations within authorized platforms.
- Experience performing troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation within implemented solutions.
- Ability to support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities and to produce clear solution documentation and user guidance.
- Ability to work within Government oversight and approval processes, including obtaining written authorization prior to production deployment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination (public trust) and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement.
