Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Engineer for a customer-facing, post-sales role with a strong focus on Fortinet security and networking solutions.

Requirements

  • Design, configure, deploy, and support Fortinet solutions
  • Implement and maintain firewall policies, VPNs, and security controls
  • Perform security hardening, firmware upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for complex firewall, routing, and VPN issues
  • Collaborate with customers, vendors, carriers, and internal engineering teams
  • Conduct security assessments and support audit and compliance efforts
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation and participate in design reviews
  • Mentor junior engineers on Fortinet best practices and troubleshooting
